30-Day Return / Exchange Policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided that you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, we will process your return and exchange request. Any requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. Please be sure to contact us first at mojedaryservices@gmail.com


Return and Exchange Conditions
● Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
● Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
● All items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
● When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
● Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.
● Damage/loss caused by customers is non-refundable.

General Return Process
● Initiate a return: Please email us at mojedaryservices@gmail.com

with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service team will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.
● Return the item: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.) We recommend sending your return/exchange using a shipping method that provides tracking information as well as a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
● Refund or exchange: Once we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Fees
● If the return is due to our problems (such as product quality issues), we will issue a partial refund of up to 70%, depending on the specific circumstances.
● If the return is due to the buyer's problem (for example: I don't like/don't want the item, I ordered the wrong product/wrong size), the buyer should pay the shipping costs.
● No restocking fees will be charged to consumers for returning a product.

Refunds
● Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
● If you do not receive the refund within 2–3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mojedaryservices@gmail.com

*Please note: We do not refund our original shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
● We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after purchase. If the payment has been completed and the package has not been shipped, you may cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will then issue a full refund.
● Orders cannot be canceled after the package has been shipped.
