SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that the shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify it during checkout.

The address can be changed before your orders are shipped. However, after your orders have been shipped, we cannot change the shipping method or address.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

ORDER TRACKING

When your order is ready to ship, we will send you another notification, issue a tracking number for your shipment, and provide a direct link to the carrier's parcel tracking page. This email will provide your order ID so you can track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check your order status here:Track Order

IMPORTANT

If the carrier returns an undeliverable package due to an address problem, you will be charged for reshipping if you request a refund. Please note that personalized items carry a 30% restocking fee.
